TNP's market cap was $4.3M to $5.75M ($.015 to $.02) PRIOR to making this acquisition in August 2012.
As we have issued more shares since then, that equates to a SP of $.008 to $.011 with the current amount of shares on issue.
At 1.1 cents, our MC is $5.7M.
