I first got involved in the company when Martin Rogers was appointed to the board.

There are many great stories out there but you need someone with the expertise and knowledge to get the job done.

His track record speaks for itself and for that reason I was willing to back the man.

It doesn't guarantee success but it gives you a reasonable chance when someone has the runs on the board which he clearly has.

Looking forward to the next 6 months.
