re: Ann: CAPITAL RAISING TRANSACTION DOCUMENT... Solvency looks to be now guaranteed for this company. $62.8m net debt, and a $50m capital raising- not too bad given the current climate.
It will be interesting to read the prospectus, and see exactly how the funds will be used, and check out the pro-forma details. I don't know if this is up to date- so not to be relied on- but here is a debt to equity graph with comparable companies on the ASX:

I hope FFF decides to smash debt, not only the CBA/senior debt, but also the debt to Wales. The Wales debt always made me feel uncomfortable.
