question regarding bod

Does anyone have a ballpark figure on what the all in costs are per Director per year for YTC (not to mention the options that always get awarded)?

I have no idea why we need 8 Directors right now.

Sandfire - $800 million mkt cap 5 Directors
GlencoreXstrata - $36 Billion mkt cap 7 Directors
Anglo American - $18 Billion mkt cap 11 Directors
BHP - $147 Billion mkt cap 13 Directors


Why does a $40 million mkt cap company have 8 Directors??????

Seems like our money is better well spent on our drilling program whatever the answer to the question is ............IMHO

All the shareholders need to start thinking long and hard about this one in my mind......
