I think that Nexif has a case. Matthew Bartley has the skills that, on paper, would add to strength of the board.

The question is whether he can play nicely with the other board members.

Unfortunately pushing the matter to a vote and engaging resources to lobby for his election is likely to work against cordial relations.

The $35-40,000 expense of this vote is a vexation, but not the end of the world.
