I am more perplexed by it now. I had skimmed over the first paragraph and had not fully registered the fact that they are only at 3803m. Albeit that it has come in "higher than predicted", if I remember correctly the first zone was expected at 3720m. This means as you say, they still have some way to go.
While the overpressure is an issue, of more concern, does the mention of the water influx indicate that lower zones are likely to be "wet".
