At these prices it is pocket change for the likes of Duncan , Kingy or the MD who are worth than a billion bucks between them.
Personally I like the fact that China is getting strict about clean coal and this could provide a market for the technology
This board has the miles - if they can pull it off a deal the market will fall in love with them again
