Don't they have to make sure they are looked after?
Aren't their ridiculous salaries enough?
I think the 5% finders fees and the 12% interest, while charging another shareholder NOTHING for unpaid dues is not enough. Wouldn't 100% finders fee be more justifiable?
Oh, and don't forget they took $90,000 in shares for providing NOTHING AT ALL.
Tough work if you can get it.
