If I read you right, Thermo, who our management did a deal with, are manoeuvring around us on our only actual cash producing business.

This might explain why we haven't heard anything about the success or otherwise of gel sales.

So why didn't Thermo also acquire NuSep, given it would have cost them the loose change down the back of the lounge and who have a (theoretically) valuable extra business - PrIME? You can't say Thermo doesn't know who NuSep is, can you? Or did they offer to buy the business, but the deal required a change of board/management and the deal was rejected?

All actual facts don't really support a positive story.
