Back on the 7th Agentm over on the STX site, from a seemingly authoritative report said;

"So the rig so far in Q2 April and May had 45 days out of 60 days downtime

15 days of any operational time

Since October 2012 this rig has basically done ZIP..

the planned 120 day operation is now at 210 days plus".

All we seem to know definitively is that the NBC is still on site and is late for Prelude.

I suspect that the bailer would be a BESBS player with the moment of truth with respect to Win just around the corner.
Could well be some more of them hovering over the 'enter' key as well.

Palta sure is an interesting case though. Never know your luck in the big smoke.
