With the huge exponential growth occurring in technology these days, there may be plenty of opportunities to 'bypass' our membranes and achieve the same end point!
I do agree with FX on the risk of losing an IP if contracts are not carefully applied. IP's can be 'stolen'!
Our directors unfortunately have caused a lot of suffering to our company in the past due to sloppy due diligence. You only have to look at many past announcements of 'great things to happen' that eventually fell over.
We do have cause to be careful and I am not too sure if our directors have learnt from their past mistakes.
