You never know Albers might feel he was stitched up.
Maybe the pending Court case against Viking 2 was never brought to his attention. I dont think he would have got involved if he knew of the situation as it stands today.
Albers may re-neg on his next installment.
Cadloe and Bonita may be cancelled and re-issue to a new group.
It is certainly all very possible and the directors are constantly aware of it.
