Just a note: Ms Stella Jiang apparently has vast experience in Asia/Australia, in the communications and IT sector - however unlike the experience listed with other board members where previous companies worked for are listed, there is no mention of which companies she actually worked for. This information forthcoming would be good to allow shareholders to do their own research on just how "good" someone is.

I re-read the Bio after Oily's post - IMO and without further information, Ms Jiang's Bio reads more like a BDM or even possibly a Marketing manager, certainly not "Vice President" material. Hence why more information is important, so we don't unfairly over or under-estimate someone's true value.
