re: ok 4cent speeding ticket Two reasons for todays trading

1: Intensified activity in Russia i.e. compulsory Datadoting to all vehicles as suggested in previous announcements dated May 2005.

2: $10 million deal in China - i.e. 10 million dollar deal ..... :P
