re: Ann: Requisition for a General Meeting of... Dunno whats going on, a quick look at the last ann report shows that even with MAT's 19% the rest won't get near 51% to effect any change, unless they come clean to the rest of the shareholders and provide a compelling case as to why we should boot out the directors and MD.

My only disquiet with BNR the last 18 months is the fundamental question of are they the real deal or not, Martin would have had plenty of opportunity over a year ago to raise project finance and we'd be in production by now, weather it has been smart to hold off only time will be the judge.

However raising project finance at 8-10c looks better than 3c from where I sit!
