N61 "enjoy reading your posts" ? Well that's a first. Most here are looking for confirmation only and hate my posts.
As my proprietary F.A.T.A.S.S.system threw this as a short back at the ridiculous peak of bubble @$10 price I had plenty of leeway.
ATM I see more profitable plays but if I were forced to make a choice, which I'm not, I would short FWD esp on any dead cat bounces.
If I had information indicating the ex-mining boom was reviving and thousands of workers were flooding into temp accom plus baby boomers were going on a caravan spending spree I'd buy.
The only other possible positive scenario for FWD would be a dramatic increase in boat invaders and impoverished Aussies reduced to trailer trash.
AUD and import competition are also other issues to consider.
ps I'm dreaming of a big market correction.
