Hi Maldrum
I previously did a google search on,supervised case review.
A 30 page read if anyones interested.
The main purpose of the review is to decide whether the matter is ready to be set down for trial.
There are a lot of boxes that need to be ticked before the judge will agree for a trial date to be set.

One of the boxes is whether the parties can agree to settle.i doubt it at this stage and i dont expect a trading halt from cxy tomorrow.

A direction for a trial date will do.
