Is this a cultural change? Under promising and over delivering.
It generally takes an inflated balls and all approach/attitude to get these types of operations of the ground, with new CEO I hope to see more realistic and obtainable forcasting.I will say that Lawrence hit some big milestone but in my opinion the time has come for some fresh eyes.
