If a group of wealthy Chinese investors are prepared to support ZYL @2c,
(They have already tipped in $1.4m with the view to providing , at a minimum, a further $5.6m.)
You'd expect they would have done their DD before investing their cash.
There are many other opportunities out there in the resource sector, they chose ZYL for a reason.
The Perth broker price target is meaningless.
