haha not sure santos would buy us out... it would be nice but highly doubt it :)
3:1 is a good price though, values oxx at $4 a share or 850 million mcap
if there is gas in palta, it would be prudent for shell to buy us out at that level, it will save them a few billion if they get in early :) but nothing happens quickly in O&G
