Had exactly the same thought. I think they are selling themselves a little too cheap ... A 30+ % discount on current spot price is huge.

Worse, if I was that drilling company, I would like to sell those shares fairly quickly on the market to turn it in cash. That will have the effect that our shareprice is going to drop. Given the current liquidity, that can take a long time to absorb 12 million shares ... lets just hope no CR is planned in the near future ...
