re: Ann: Update - Merger of PLA with Jubilee ... Cashngrab, provided that all approvals go through, PLA shareholdings will be converted to Jubilee shares and trade as Jubilee shares on the Australian Stock Exchange (ASX) after the June PLA shareholder meeting.

Each ASX listed Jubilee share will be equivalent to 5.2 PLA shares (2.6 x 2).

Jubilee shares on the ASX will have twice the value of Jubilee shares on the London Stock Exchange. Presumably this anomaly will be amended at some time in the future when everything else has been sorted.
