For those interested,Found this bit, its right bang smack in the middle between NST's Paulsons deposit and Newcrest"s Telfer Gold Mine. Looks high grade, am watching this one like a hawk.
"During the 1990’s the Lynas Find Gold Mine recovered 125,493 ounces of gold. However, following a pit wall collapse during a period of depressed gold prices, the plant was relocated and all mining and exploration operations in the area were abandoned.
Previous exploration had proven there to be significant gold mineralisation at various locations in the Lynas Find area. At the Old Faithful prospect a non JORC compliant resource of 1,056,860 tonnes at 1.54g/t (Lynas Gold NL Report -1996) was identified but not mined. Gold mineralisation was also shown to exist beneath the Iron Stirrup open cut mine and further south at the Darius Prospect where intersections up to 10m @ 9.07g/t were reported
