You would think a new shareholder on the scence and enter the market to buy a substantial amount will set the SP up north!! No on this ocassion, it is going south and worst still with the price of oil at almost $97 high. I am scratching my head, it defies logic, unless you call that control buying, buying off the holders that gave up because of lack of progress in the SP.
