    re: Ann: Update - Merger of PLA with Jubilee ... sorry you are not right about that porthos ..10 k div by 6.7 cents is 149253 now you have div that by 2.6 which is the offer from jubilee i.e 1 jubilee share for every 2.6 pla shares , that then gives us 57405 jubilee shares at 12 cents which is 6889 dollars , lest l think that is right
