A while back I remember saying many sell orders were below CR price AND not many people took up share placement... I wrote "investors are saying buy my shares instead of taking up CR".
Now we have several sell orders below 4c and options probably doesn't worth much (exercise at 25c in 1 yr).
I'm not suggesting anything, wait and see how many subscribe.
