From what I understand a shelf is worth around half a million dollars. The debts in this shelf are much more than this, approx 1 mill. If it the shelf became available to purchase, why would anyone want to buy this shelf company with it's debts for around 1 and a half mill when they can purchase one for much less? Would this not mean that the shares were are worth nothing? Also, is there any news on the directors perhaps restructuring and continuing business thus trading again with the shares? I see that one has resigned and the rumour is that another has done the bolt? Is this true?
