Not to rain on the parade here, but I don't really agree that content creators are "safe" from the internet revolution. Asides from the fact that profitable TV networks are the customers for Beyond, content can be very easily shared (/stolen) over BitTorrent.

Further, the Board has yet to prove themselves with their Internet Marketing business which they bought for millions of dollars, but which is barely breaking even.

Why am I a holder? Well, see vfrioni's comments regarding cashflow.
