yeah its criminal really, particularly because the company is about to draw on a convertible not provided by themselves that is convertible at a 50% premium to 20 day VWAP.
given its at 2c they are just about to issue themselves another c.16m shares at 3c per share ($500k) on top of the 8m shares management just issued themselves
what incentive is there for the directors to increase the share price? isnt this a conflict of interest? how is this in the best interests of shareholders?
