    re: Ann: Chairman's Letter To Shareholder... cardz,I live in Perth WA, I just received both the CEN take no action letter as well as rum's accept their offer stuff.
    I'm not willingly giving my money away to rum,if they want my shares, they can pay an appropriate price.
    .25 cents seems fair and reasonable.
