Guys - some of you misunderstand the unsecured loan. The loan will probably be the most senior debt, other than possibly credit cards and equipment leases etc, or may have a condition that there is no higher ranking debt. Also they haven't told us if there is a "facility fee" or some other cost to make this 21% again - although I would expect it is actually 12% all in, especially as there is lower risk now.
