Hi Smalio. I don't know anything about management so will not comment on them except shouldn't we first see how well they negotiate with Dingyi? May be they will reject them? May be they will get us something in a realistic ball park?
IF they don't then fingers can be pointed.
What I would like to know is who is buying Dingyi shares with such conviction that a deal is going through and Dingyi will be getting such a good deal. Who buy's shares in a company (up 40%) that only has 1/10th of the cash required to fund the acquisition of ELM? Insiders without doubt. Don't worry though I have means to find out who is on Dingyi's share registry and will be having this investigated after the takeover.
