Irrespective of the ACCC outcome which must be any day now, expect both Singapore Airlines and Ethiad to be buyers soon as, both have expressed interest in increasing their shareholdings. Both only own 10% each and there is already at least 66% of VAH share float tied up by Branson,Air NZ, Ethiad and SA.
Since Branson is not a seller at these prices only real option is for on market purchase.
