If you are already invested and nursing a paper loss and want Thor to continue because you believe in Thor’s asset potential and you still believe in your original investment choice and hope for some future return on your investment then you have some incentive...
If you feel like you have made a poor investment and are nursing a paper loss and have no faith in Thor’s assets or management then you have no incentive...
Personally I am in the first category and will take up offer albeit for a modest amount and pick up a few shares at current low price in hope that news is released that perks up share price a little....
