    Have to remember that the largest shareholder is Kleanthe Hatziladas. He would be the primary focus of anyone looking to buy/takeover the company as opposed to farm in for a share of the company (for which Tino would be the focal point).

    There could be a couple of agendas/deals running/evolving in relation to how a major gets control of the asset.

    Alternate options are still viable/possible until a final deal-signing occurs.

    There may well be some chess still being played here.
