You have now lost me from assuming that you are worth responding to.
I appreciate vigours open discussion on facts and the inferences that can be draw from the facts. I have always enjoyed that form of discussion with ausheds. Though at times we have disagreed and I have appologised at times I do not believe aushed has personally insulted me and I have never intended to personally insulted him.
The CUX forum over the past year or so has had some great posters. Many I might have disagreed with the inferences they drew from the facts, but I respected their opinions anyway. I always told my daughter that you can learn more from your mistakes than your successes. To learn from your successes though you must analyse them in the same manner as your mistakes and that takes a disciplined mind.
From the posts you seem intent on winning an irrelevant argument, the argument being that you are right. My ego is fine so I don't need to be right all the time, my goal is to learn all the time.
Ausheds has pointed me to many facts and expert third party opinion that has helped me learn about the rare earths industry and if I ever meet him it would be my pleasure to shout him a drink. I must admit I am a snob. I chose carefully the people I spend time with. I don't chose on the basis of socio economic position, race, relligion, age or sex etc... I make the decision on maturity and openess to learn, to teach and respect others. It really is a wide and diverse group of people and it talks time to listen to them and honestly and respectfully respect what I believe with respect to what they have said. Some times in fact a lot of the time they do the same for me which is great.
The point being that I will not be responding to any of your posts til I believe your attitude has changed because I need the time to deal and associate with the people I respect.
Cheers
Stoops.
Ausheds,
It is interesting that Medallion is going for monazite which inherently contain LREO.
I would assume that the heavy mineral sands mining would defray a substantial amount of the mining costs, but it would appear from NTU and Lynas figures that the substantial costs are in the refining.
Therefore, I will attempt to do some research on the costs of Medallion becuase you would think on the face of it their business plan would be unsustainable.
Thanks for the tip.
I'm looking forward to the figures for the whole process and their costs which should be released in the very near future.
Cheers,
Stoops
