I take your point about PEKs' 65% cerium oxide . I had suggested to Pekkers that they investigate what the other 35% contains. No takers though. I did wonder where most of their U&Th had disappeared to. lol
I think you are way to high for a 40% concentrate of 60/65% of TMR's published "basket even with a LT offtake of an additional 25% reduction
Still my point was that CUX should pursue the refining option, hopefully something similiar to NTUs' $40m Hydrometallurical facility, operating cost $4.40 Kg per concentrate feed
I agree it is pennies and interesting but when you have the lowest grade and lowest insitu , you better have the lowest capex/opex
