There's also the matters raised by the auditors, available at http://www.asx.com.au/asxpdf/20120522/pdf/426dst4bffr0js.pdf, specifically, the washed out pages 7 & 8. Why have these serious allegations not been answered?

I'd like to know why the 3 independent directors, elected at the AGM of 2011, resigned en-masse a few short days before the AGM of 2012? Some have accused them of being "dead-wood", but if they became dead-wood in less than 1 year, what does that say about the directors who installed them less than 1 year earlier? Were they 'sacked' as has been suggested here? If so, isn't that illegal? And why did 2 other independent director resign in the 2012 year, one less than 4 months after being installed at the 2011 AGM? And how was our board able to immediately install new directors at such short notice?

I'd like to know why NuSep can use a special 'prism' to justify them flying directly in the face of ASX and ASIC Good Governance Principles designed to protect us from EXACTLY what is going on at NuSep? And especially in the case where they have been under investigation by ASIC and have been found guilty of breaches of the Corporations Act. To me, this requires even more attention as there have been actually admitted breaches by the company.

If I was Mr Mayne, I'd start with a phone call to the 2 departed shareholders, who tried hard to stop all of this and were thwarted by what appears to be a Gerry Mander. Their contact details are available at http://www.nusepboardreform.info/candidates.html.

While we're at it, why is there not a recording of all meetings, to allow those of us who are not there, to know what was said. We were lucky this year that a transcript was posted at NuSepBoardReform.info allowing us, for the first time, to see exactly what was said. It was very revealing. Why is there not a recording on the NuSep website of EVERY MEETING?

I think that's a good start, and others, like Kosenar, have some valid questions as well.
