Each issuer has different product disclosure statement but the some of the other reasons for the strike price to be adjusted apart from the daily interest component are dividend adjustments , rights issue , entitlements etc
Other possible reason if the mini has been stopped out closed off then a new series has been re issued with same code but with a different strike price.
I also cant find BHPKOD maybe it got stopped out ?
