Other ASX listed coal plays are at their lows too
BND, KRL, BTU, CPL etc
Most of them need plenty of money to get a coal mine going
I guess one positive thing with the USA coal option is that the mine is up and running...its making money and the technology can be tested
WEC has the cash to buy up a few if it wishes
