In response to a question, RDf said if there are any legal chages against RDF, this could trigger some issue with the banks, but no charges laid so far. Banks sill supportive- no covenants breached- but are staying in touch re Chicago. _______________
Gonna be a long month here. I see there has been some recovery to 90c since the call, but this looks bearish to me.
Perhaps IOOF buying up again today? They seem to be comfortable getting as many as they can, and today is their opportunity. $3.8m bought and sold so far. I wouldn't be surprised to see 5% worth of trades.
