think the 100,000 gallon is not an issue now. Been plenty of rain around that way in the past 2 weeks. Remember that first report was from one week after the 15th Aug... been plenty going on since then.
would'nt mind betting that the reason no results have come out is because they are working. Would only expect to hear about results if they wern't.
