(ii) (Share Price): the ordinary fully paid shares of the Company finish trading on the ASX under the ASX code of “PAX” on three consecutive trading days with a closing price that is less than the price payable for New Shares under the Rights Issue.

will be interesting if the price stays at .001, the new directors better start buying a few.
