Agree with the Scorpion. This is a previously failed mine and the price of silver is falling. Furthermore, the company currently has debt. I would have thought there is some sort of chance that they have breached covenants or something. If I was a holder, I would get out while the stock is still is trading...Remember Kagara when they suspended the stock?
