You'd think this would be a great market to be a player in, yet MCE just doesn't get it together.
Pure speculation on my part, but my instinct from the announcements tells me that the big new plant is way too inflexible, needing long runs where the market trends to short run/multi-varaint products.If I'm right , they're forever making the wrong product, or switching products at great inefficiency.
WHatever, they sure don't have what it takes to make dosh out of great products in a good niche.
New top management needed urgently.Even then will be a multiyear turnaround I suspect.
