I TOTALLY AGREE WITH BOTH OF YOU.
One important point. If you do not vote or fill out a proxy your shares do not count. So if everyone got complacent then this vote could be closer than it needs to be. Take the time to vote or proxy which can be done online and lets make our feelings well and truly known to these imposters !
