Why would any intelligent reasonable person vote alongside Silvergate. I am not aligned in any way with the incumbent management but the antics of Silvergate has been childish and stupid.
All us shareholders should vote with Nick and let them get 100% of HIP and if necessary lets do a placement to facilitate that énd.
I vote 100% with the incumbent board and reject Silvergate
never vote for silvergate
