Looks ok. Uses word "progress" but still uses word "finalisation". If they we walking i would probably have said "status" instead of progress. If it was virtually a done deal then probably would have ommited the word progress or substituted for "pending". I'd say just another delay of 5-10days. But dunno why we need a halt for that considering previous delays never needed one.
Maybe we are reading too much into it?
The other thing it could be is some variations to the terms. Many have been expecting the terms to change a bit. The already changed the warrants from 2c down to 1.2c
The 48% Mn really should be lowered imo considering grades reported to date. Possibly we will see something like that. And maybe Noble finally becoming shareholders.
