What am I missing here?
I can buy X amount of shares on the market now for about 2.5 cents a share....
Then I can buy the same amount of shares in the 1:1 capital raising for 1 cent, which would give me an average price much lower than the existing share price.
And the company pays down debt and becomes more profitable, seems like a reasonable deal to me.
buy 2.5 cent shares for 1 cent
