Or does this sound far fetched??? What if they are planning to sell off their stake in Dundas? Maybe they will drill Dundas one more time, proving up the fact that it has something worthwhile to explore further, therefore increasing it's value, then sell it off so they can focus on Molyhil and Spring Hill seeing as they are closer to being developed. Dunno, just throwing it out there...
